At Rockfield Manor, the focus is on fostering a strong sense of community. As a local non-profit organization, we recognize the significance of giving back to our community. We take great pride in offering our elegant and sophisticated venue to everyone at an affordable rental fee.
Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2025
Business Meetings
Monday – Thursday: 9am-6pm
Rate: $150 per hour
Social Events
Weekdays:
Rate: $$700* for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $500* flat fee for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
Friday & Sunday:
Rate: $1,000 for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $800* flat fee for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
Saturday:
Rate: $1,200* for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $900* for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
*Event rental fees are based on how many guests are attending the event.
Weddings
Friday/Sunday
$4,500
(Reception: $4,200, plus $300 for ceremony.)
Saturday
$5,000
(Reception: $4,700, plus $300 for ceremony.)
A security deposit of $300 is due 30 days prior to the event. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event if no damages occur.
Prices may increase on holidays.
