Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2019
Business Meetings
Monday – Thursday: 9am-6pm
Rate: $100 per hour
Social Events
Weekdays & Sunday:
Rate: $500- $800* for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $400 flat fee for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
Saturday
Rate: $800 – $1000* for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $700 – $900* for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
*Event rental fees are based on how many guests are attending the event.
Weddings
Friday/Sunday Reception
Rate: $2,700, plus $300 for ceremony.
Saturday Reception
Rate: $3,200, plus $300 for ceremony.
A security deposit of $250 is due 30 days prior to the event. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event if no damages occur.
