Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2023
Business Meetings
Monday – Thursday: 9am-6pm
Rate: $150 per hour
Social Events
Weekdays & Sunday:
Rate: $600/$700* for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $400* flat fee for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
Saturday
Rate: $800/$1000* for up to four hours. $150 each additional hour.
Non-Profit Rate: $700* for up to four hours. $100 each additional hour.
*Event rental fees are based on how many guests are attending the event.
Weddings
Friday/Sunday
$3,500
(Reception: $3,200, plus $300 for ceremony.)
Saturday
$4,000
(Reception: $3,700, plus $300 for ceremony.)
A security deposit of $250 is due 30 days prior to the event. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event if no damages occur.
Price may increase on holidays.
